Maternity Protection: Protection against Dismissal during Maternity Protection and Parental Leave - Request for Exception

As a rule, there is protection against dismissal during pregnancy and parental leave. For exceptions to this rule, you must contact the relevant office.

Maternity protection: request employment of pregnant or breastfeeding women between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women are not allowed to work between 20:00 and 22:00. An exception to this rule may be requested.

Notify employment of a pregnant or breastfeeding woman

If one of your employees has informed you that she is pregnant or breastfeeding, you must report this to the relevant supervisory authority.
