If you receive funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for a transitional development assistance project, you can request the funds at the start of the project.
Submit a waiver of legal remedies for a funded project from the "Transitional aid from the KWI title" funding program
The waiver of the right of appeal means that requests for funds for projects for structural transitional aid can be processed immediately after the start of the project. There is then no need to wait for a four-week period.
