Applying for permission to work with biological agents

Display employment of persons in companies with X-ray equipment or interference emitters
Do you employ people who work with external X-ray equipment or external stray radiation sources and may be exposed to a dose higher than 1 mSv? Then you must report this to the competent authority, enclosing the necessary documents (notification).

Keeping and sending home work lists
