• Applications shall specify the location, type and duration of special use, and sizes of street space required.

Permit Content:

• The special use permit is usually issued for a limited period or for revocation subject to change. Connected with this permission are conditions, which are to be kept.
• Within the scope of the control activities, unauthorized special uses or non-compliance with the conditions of the special use permit are recorded and appropriate regulatory measures are initiated (e.g. warning, fine, penalty payment, substitute performance).
