As a rule, after-school care registration and deregistration are carried out in writing via the management of the respective elementary school. The daily duration of the child's stay in the after-school care center must be stated. The after-school care registration must be renewed annually.

A contribution to the personnel and material costs of after-school care must be paid in advance for each child registered for care in the after-school care center. The income and the number of children in a family are taken into account in an appropriate manner.

The child is covered by statutory accident insurance with the municipal accident insurance association.
