Request fishing license issuance
Service Description
Anyone who wants to practice fishing needs a fishing license (fishing license requirement according to § 26 ThürFischG). This is issued by the fisheries authority responsible for the place of residence on application, provided that you have passed a fishing examination or there are facts that do not require the passing of the fishing examination.
For fishing in the respective waters you also need a permit for fishing, which must be obtained from the fishing right holder (owner of the fishing right) or fishing leaseholder of the water.
Process flow
According to § 28 ThürFischG the fishing licenses have to be applied for at the responsible municipality according to a model given by the supreme fishery authority with the corresponding validity period.
