Apply for exemption from individual subjects of the repeat examination for railroad operations manager (§ 23 EBPV)

Service Description

Railroad infrastructure companies and railroad undertakings must appoint railroad operations managers prior to the commencement of operations. In order to be admitted as a railroad operations manager, it must be demonstrated in the railroad operations manager examination that one has the required knowledge in the field of railroad technology and railroad operations with their legal and business management references. A failed examination may be repeated twice, but not earlier than six months after completion of the previous examination.

Upon application, the examinee shall be exempted from the examination in individual subjects if he/she has performed at least adequately in these subjects in the previous examination and applies for the repeat examination within one year after completion of the failed examination.
