The TLLLR approves funding and performs all related tasks as the granting authority. After the application has been submitted, the TLLLR makes a funding decision (approval or rejection). The standard funding rate is up to 45% of the eligible expenses. An increase of 10% is possible through a LEADER bonus.

What is subsidized?

Investment in long-lived assets, including the acquisition of the assets of an operating facility.

Some examples of durable assets as defined by the funding measure are:

• Store fixtures,
• Sales counters,
• cash registers,
• Refrigeration units

Who is eligible?

Independent micro-enterprises with fewer than ten employees and an annual turnover of less than 2 million euros that serve to meet the needs of the population with goods or services for daily to weekly needs.

Goods or services for daily to weekly needs are primarily consumer goods such as food, health and personal care products, drugstore goods, health food products, but also medical-assisting treatments, hairdressers and nursing services.
