Protection as a trademark extension

Service Description

The term of protection of a registered trademark begins with the filing date and ends 10 years thereafter. If the trademark was registered before Jan. 14, 2019, the ten-year protection period ends after the month in which the filing date falls.

You can extend the trademark protection as often as you wish for 10 years at a time.

The extension will take effect on the day following the expiry of the last term of protection. It is entered in the register and published. The term of protection can be extended for all goods and services or only for a part of them. If the term of protection is not extended, the trademark right expires.
