If you want to manage a road haulage company, you must be professionally suitable. If you can prove that you have at least ten years of practical experience in a managerial position in such a company engaged in the carriage of goods by road, it is not necessary to prove your professional suitability in any other way, e.g. by passing an examination. This activity must have been carried out without interruption in one or more member states of the EU in the period of ten years from 04.12.1999 to 03.12. 2009.

If your activity is recognized, you will receive a certificate of professional competence.
