Report incidents online:

• Go to the website of the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de and open the online form for reporting incidents involving the transportation of dangerous goods by air. The online form will guide you step by step through the required information.
  • You can use the BundID account or the ELSTER company account for the online declaration.
• You then submit the declaration.
• The LBA will check your declarations and decide whether further steps are required.

• The LBA will send you a confirmation of receipt. You will not receive a notification.

Send incident reports in writing by e-mail:

  • To access the form, you must use the BundID account or the ELSTER company account.
  • You can also access the form on the LBA website.
• Save the completed form and send it to the LBA by e-mail.
