Reimbursement of transfer costs by agricultural accident insurance

The Agricultural Employer's Liability Insurance Association may reimburse you for the costs of repatriation.
This applies to

  • surviving dependants and
  • other persons who have paid for the repatriation.

You do not have to apply for reimbursement. The Landwirtschaftliche Berufsgenossenschaft will check your entitlement to reimbursement on its own initiative.
