The Ecodesign Regulation for solid fuel boilers, which has been applicable throughout Europe since January 1, 2020, contains a dust limit value for the placing on the market of solid fuel boilers that is less demanding than the dust limit value for the operation of solid fuel boilers under the 1st BImSchV, the Ordinance on Small Combustion Plants.

European regulation: There is no specific regulation for bicycles, so they fall under general product safety.
Implementation in Germany: Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO)
Main requirements for company users A bicycle must have two independent brakes, a brightly sounding bell, a lighting system and several reflectors. Lighting is only approved for road use if it bears the test mark of the Federal Motor Transport Authority (a wavy line, capital letter K and five-digit number).
A pedelec can have an electric assist motor with a maximum output of 250W and may provide assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. Faster pedelecs or small electric bicycles are not permitted.

Federal Motor Transport Authority .

Implementation in Germany: There are no specific legal regulations. However, the grid operators, who are responsible for safe and reliable grid operation, impose requirements, usually compliance with the standards DIN VDE V 0100-551 and DIN VDE V 0100-551-1. In addition, connection via a Schuko plug is not permitted; a special power plug device in accordance with VDE V 0628-1 must be used:

Information obligation of the manufacturer:
The manufacturer or his authorized representative must provide both the competent state authority (only manufacturers based in Germany) and the European Commission with a copy of the EC Declaration of Conformity for each type of appliance / machine. The entry of the machine data by the manufacturer in the KarLA database satisfies this national obligation. After registering as a manufacturer, the data can be entered by the manufacturer himself.
The European obligation can be fulfilled by entering the data yourself in the Noise Database itself. The database can be found under "EC Declaration of conformity".
