The costs for after-school care are based on the applicable municipal statutes.

In the case of registrations and deregistrations during the current school year, you will also incur the full fee for the month in which the registration or deregistration takes effect. In principle, the average monthly income of the calendar year preceding the respective school year of the after-school care is decisive.

The social scale of costs g is based on income and the number of children in a family who are entitled to child benefits. The amount of the contribution to the personnel costs is reduced on application for each child of a family attending the after-school care by 25%. for each additional child in the family who also attends the after-school care program or a day care center.

If, during the current period of after-school care, you are a recipient of benefits:

• to secure your livelihood,
• for help with education,
• assistance with living costs or basic security in old age and in the event of reduced earning capacity,
• according to the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act or
• receive a child supplement,

you will be exempted from the fees for the duration of the receipt of these benefits on application and on presentation of suitable documents, at the earliest from the calendar month of the application.
