Apply for an extract from the real estate map (parcel map)

Service Description

The real estate cadastre is an official register of real estate (parcels of land and buildings) for the entire territory of the state, providing complete and comprehensive information. The Thuringian State Office for Land Management and Geoinformation (TLBG) is responsible for establishing and maintaining the real estate cadastre as a sovereign state task. The real estate cadastre combines the previously separately maintained real estate registers and real estate maps in a geographic base information system (also known as ALKIS). The real estate map (parcel map) is the representative part of the real estate cadastre and contains, among other things

  • Boundaries and designation (number) of the parcels,
  • buildings including house numbers,
  • Actual types of land use,
  • selected topographical information,
  • administrative boundaries (including district and municipal boundaries) and
  • street names.

If a graphic and true-to-scale representation of a parcel of land is required (e.g. for submission to the building permit authority, as part of the notarization of land transactions or generally for activities in the credit and real estate sector), an extract from the real estate map (parcel map) must be created. This extract can be created digitally and free of charge by anyone in just a few steps using the InfoLika (see link below) can be created. This includes the extract for the building submission, as required in the building permit procedure. The following extracts - specifically tailored to individual requirements - can be created free of charge:

  • Extract from the real estate map,
  • Extract from the real estate map with land valuation,
  • Extract from the real estate map with aerial photograph,
  • Extract from the real estate map in accordance with § 7 of the Thuringian Ordinance on Building Submissions and Building Supervisory Notifications (Thuringian Building Submission Ordinance - ThürBauVorlVO),
  • Proof of land parcel,
  • Proof of parcel with land valuation and
  • Proof of land parcel, configurable.

Note: Owner data is not included in the extracts offered; these remain subject to a charge and require verification of the legitimate interest.

If an official, chargeable excerpt is required, this can be requested both digitally and in analog form from the relevant authorities.
