• a site plan at a scale of 1: 5,000 with the event site marked on it
• An expert opinion on the suitability of the event site (only if requested by the approval authority)
• Safety concept including emergency planning (only at the request of the approval authority)
• Flight operation instructions of the event manager (only upon request of the approval authority)
• Details of the pilots involved and, at the request of the approval authority, copies of the pilot's licenses of the pilots involved
• Agreements of the organizer
  a) with the pilots or airlines involved
  b) with other parties involved in the air and ground demonstrations, and
  c) with the liability and accident insurers (in each case only at the request of the licensing authority).
