8. in the case of a certificate issued in another European country for further training completed in whole or in part in third countries: Documentation on which activities in third countries were credited to the qualification and to what extent,
9. a written statement as to whether recognition of the qualification certificates has already been or will be applied for at another chamber of psychotherapists.

The documents must be submitted in the form of originals or certified copies. As a rule, your documents must be submitted in German or as a certified copy of a German translation. The translations must be made by interpreters or translators who are publicly appointed or sworn. The translations must be made from the original or from the certified copies. This must be certified by the translator.

If you submit your application electronically via the Single Point of Contact, only documents issued or recognized in a Member State of the European Union or another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area can also be submitted electronically. If the competent authority has reasonable doubts about the authenticity of the transmitted documents, it may request the submission of certified copies.

In the case of an electronic procedure, the documents may be transmitted electronically.
