If you need support to maintain existing and/or create new jobs for people with a severe disability or equivalent, you can apply for financial or advisory support.

Funding is available for (individual) companies.

You can choose from two different options:

• request an advisory service on the subject of "Approval of benefits for severely disabled persons or persons with equivalent status for companies" by the competent authority

or

• apply for a financial benefit by submitting an application. Here you can provide all relevant information about the company and the severely disabled person or person with equivalent status. You can describe your needs in a free text field or - once these applications have been completed - apply directly for the following benefits:
  • Employment protection grant (BSZ) or compensation for extraordinary burdens for companies,
  • Needs-based furnishing or equipping of workplaces or the working environment,
  • Investments to create a new job or training position,
  • vocational training,
  • Other measures to meet the needs of appropriate employment (e.g. training measures).

The scope of support is determined on an individual basis and depends on the services required. The actual amount of funding is calculated based on the scope of the measure.
