- to initiate and prepare occupational rehabilitation or day-structuring measures,
- for admission to protected forms of housing (e.g. outpatient assisted living, psychiatric family care)
- to improve meaningful leisure activities

advice for relatives, including professional support for self-help groups

practical support in the home, insofar as this is not the responsibility of other facilities and services, e.g. assisted living.
