Immission control: Announcement as expert in the sense of § 29a BImSchG

Service Description

The competent authority may order the operator of an installation requiring a permit or of an installation within an operating area to commission one of the experts notified by the competent authority of a Land to carry out certain safety inspections as well as inspections of safety-related documents in accordance with Section 3 (5a) of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).

The requirements for a notification pursuant to § 29b BImSchG as an expert within the meaning of § 29a BImSchG are specified in the 41st BImSchV (Notification Ordinance BGBl. I p. 973, 1001).
