You can notify us in writing by post or online of any changes to the promotion of freedom of the media and freedom of expression.

Communicate changes by post:

• You discuss the need for change with the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

• You send your application together with
  • a justification for the change,
  • a description of your overall project and
  • if applicable, the new financing plan by post to the BMZ.

• The BMZ will check your documents.
• If the change is approved, you will receive an approval from the BMZ by post.
• In the event of a change in funding requirements, you will also receive a letter of approval from the BMZ after verification of interim or utilization certificates.

• Go to the website of the Federal Portal and complete the form online.
• Upload the required documents and submit the application online.
• The BMZ will check your documents.
• If the change is approved, you will receive a permit from the BMZ.
• In the event of a change in funding requirements, you will also receive a letter of approval from the BMZ after the interim or where-used lists have been checked.
