Submit quantity reports in accordance with the Market Regulation Goods Reporting Ordinance
Service Description
The Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE) monitors and regularly reports on the markets for cereals, animal feed, fats, milk, sugar and alcohol in Germany. To do this, it draws on data from producers, producer associations, processing companies and trading companies in the
- fat industry,
- the grain industry,
- starch industry,
- animal feed industry,
- dairy industry,
- sugar industry,
- alcohol industry.
If you are active in one of the above economic sectors, you are obliged to report regularly to the BLE.
In the reports, you report on the purchase of agricultural raw materials, their stocks, processing, sales as well as the production, stocks and sales of the manufactured products and the components of the milk producer price as well as the sugar sales price and the sugar beet purchase price.
As a rule, you must submit the reports online on a monthly basis. The alcohol quantities and sugar beet prices must be reported on request using the Excel form
