Property survey Implementation

Service Description

As part of a boundary restoration procedure, the position of a boundary point recorded in the real estate cadastre can be transferred to the local area in accordance with the cadastral record, restored and, if necessary, subsequently re-marked on application. Boundary restoration is a sovereign real estate survey, the result of which is transferred to the real estate cadastre.

A parcel boundary can also be indicated locally by a boundary notice in accordance with the cadastral record and marked locally with day marks. The boundary notice does not constitute a sovereign real estate survey and the result is not included in the real estate cadastre record. The costs for a boundary indication are lower than for a boundary restoration.
