Together with a deletion, you can apply for a license plate reservation for a later re-registration.
You can also apply for the following services in the event of a sale abroad:
- Issue of a certificate of deletion,
- Issue of an airworthiness certificate for export to a third country (C of A for Export),
- Advance notification of the foreign civil aviation authority by the LuftfahrtBundesamt (LBA) or
- Return of the original airworthiness certificate.
You must state the registration number of the aircraft you wish to have deleted from the aircraft register and upload the required documents.
