If you commercially

• Monkeys and prosimians,
• Farm and breeding poultry, including day-old chicks (in consignments of more than 19 birds, except poultry for restocking game supplies)
• Hatching eggs in consignments of more than 19,
• Semen from insemination stations and semen depots,
• embryos and ova of cattle, horses, pigs, sheep and goats

to other EU countries, your company needs an official approval.

The following establishments also require official approval in order to participate in or be used in intra-Community movements:

1. Livestock trading operations that are directed to purchase cattle, swine, sheep, or goats commercially, directly or through a third party, and resell them within 30 days of purchase or transfer them to an outside, approved facility,
2. Dealer barns for cattle, swine, sheep, goats,
3. Collection centers for cattle, pigs, equines, sheep, goats,
4. Zoos, wildlife parks other facilities where animals are kept for scientific, experimental, conservation or rare breed purposes.
