If you want to manage a road haulage company, you must be professionally suitable. If you can prove practical experience of at least ten years in a managerial position in such a company that carries out road haulage, other proof of professional suitability, e.g. by means of an examination, is not necessary. This activity must have been carried out without interruption in one or more member states of the EU in the period of ten years from 04.12.1999 to 03.12. 2009.

If your activity is recognized, you will receive a certificate of professional competence.
