Official site plan for the building application

Service Description

The building supervisory authority may require an official site plan for the building application in order to assess whether a planned building project can be erected in relation to the existing or planned parcel boundaries, buildings and other structural facilities and objects in such a way that the provisions of building law are complied with.

The official site plan consists of a descriptive (drawing) part and a descriptive (explanatory) part. The descriptive part is to be drawn up on the basis of the official real estate map. And, if necessary, is supplemented by local survey results.. The descriptive part includes, among other things, excerpts from the official real estate register with information on the land register sheet, on the owners and heritable building rights and information on the parcels for the building plot as well as the immediately adjacent parcels.
