Apply for exemption from individual subjects of the repeat examination for railroad operations manager (Section 23 EBPV)

Service Description

Railroad infrastructure companies and railroad undertakings must appoint railroad operations managers before starting operations. In order to be approved as a railroad operations manager, it must be demonstrated in the course of the railroad operations manager examination that the candidate has the necessary knowledge in the field of railroad technology and railroad operations with their legal and business management aspects. A failed examination may be retaken twice, but no earlier than six months after completion of the previous examination.

Upon application, the candidate will be exempted from the examination in individual subjects if he/she has achieved at least a sufficient level of performance in the previous examination and registers for the repeat examination within one year of completing the failed examination.
