Travelers who have stayed in a risk area designated by the Robert Koch Institute are obliged to enter domestic quarantine immediately after entry and to contact the public health department.

This also applies if a negative test for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is available in conjunction with a medical certificate confirming that there is no evidence of infection (relevant documents can be uploaded as an attachment). Contact will be made by the public health department.
