Service Description

The children's emergency hotline can be reached at the nationwide number 0800/1110333 nationwide. It is aimed at all age groups. Here, children and young people can talk to qualified counselors about any problem they may have. If necessary (e.g. if accommodation is needed at short notice), they can also provide information about a counseling center nearby.
The nationwide toll-free telephone number can be reached Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is operated by the German Child Protection Association.

In addition to the Youth Welfare Officein your district or city, other contacts for concerns and needs are numerous counseling centers, such as the Child Protection Services and the Parenting, Marriage, Family and Life Counseling Centers.
